Form for submission of any Colorado Ultimate Frisbee event to be added to the Altitude Ultimate event calendar.
Full or short event description. Link to event website/registration will be included and bulk of text-based information can be stored there.

Primarily for extended or recurring events like leagues and camps that may have a more complicated event schedule.
Name of person, team, or organization running the event.
